Crocheted lace fit and flare with beads and sequins plus an illusion tulle neckline. This dress needed standard alterations which included a hem, bustle,  side seam and shoulder adjustments but it also needed the torso adjusted at the waist by removing a bit at the waist seam. This fit was perfection.
